Blinding Sacrifice (right side)

Note:The next set of maneuvers should be executed as one continuous sequence and not split into its component moves.
1a)Step your right foot forward (toward 10:30H) into a right, transitory forward bow (facing 10:30H) with the raise (toward 12:00V) of both your hands, palms forward (toward 10:30H), to shoulder height (height) and on either side of your centerline (width), with elbows anchored (toward 6:00V).
1b)Without any loss of motion, rotate both arms and hands (left – counter clockwise V) (right – clockwise V) in outward arcs until both hands point downward (toward 6:00V), palms forward (toward 10:30H), while continuing to move forward (toward 10:30H) into the right forward bow (facing 10:30H). Continuing from the previous moves, deliver double, thrusting underhand heel-palms (toward 10:30H) to groin level, while continuing to settle into a right forward bow (facing 10:30H).
Note:The outward arcs of your hands should be kept as small as possible (outer rim), generally no more than the heels of your hands at outer shoulder width (similar to an extended outward block).
Note:The primary pivot point of the arcs is the elbows.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a vertical circle, until the bottom, and then a horizontal line.
2a)Rotate and close both hands (left – clockwise V) (right – counter clockwise V) until the knuckles point toward each other (left – toward 3:00V) (right – toward 9:00V), palms forward (toward 10:30H), in preparation for the next move.
2b)Immediately, execute double, inverted, vertical back-knuckles, toward you (toward 4:30H), while simultaneously drawing your right foot backward (toward 4:30H) into a right, transitory, 45-degree cat (facing 10:30H).
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a horizontal line; generally, the reverse of the line taken by the double heel-palm strikes.
3a)Without any loss of motion, rotate both hands and arms (left – counter clockwise V) (right – clockwise V) in inward arcs until both hands point upward (toward 12:00V), palms toward you (toward 4:30H) (positional cover), at face height, while continuing to maintain your right 45-degree cat (facing 10:30H).
Note:The primary pivot point of the previous maneuver is the middle of the forearms.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is the hands traveling on an upward vertical line, while the elbows simultaneously travel on an inward horizontal line.
3b)Step forward (toward 10:30H) with your right foot into a right forward bow (facing 10:30H) with double, outward, two-finger slices (left – toward 7:30H) (right – toward 1:30H), palms down (toward 6:00V), to the eye height.
Note:The primary pivot point of the previous maneuver is the wrists.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a horizontal arc.
4a)Drop both hands directly downward (toward 6:00V), palms in (left – toward 3:00V) (right – toward 9:00V), at shoulder width (width) and concluding at hip height (height).
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a vertical line.
4b)Without any loss of motion, rotate both hands and arms (left – clockwise V) (right – counter clockwise V) in outward arcs delivering double, thrusting, inward inverted back-knuckles (left - toward 1:30H) (right – toward 7:30H), palms out (left – toward 9:00V) (right – toward 3:00V), to head height.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a vertical circle.
5)Anchor both elbows (toward 6:00V) directly downward, executing double, inside, vertical forearm strikes, palms toward you (toward 4:30H), at face height, while simultaneously shifting your stance into a right neutral bow (facing 10:30 H).
Option:One may choose to stay in the forward bow at the conclusion of the previous maneuver.
Note:The primary pivot point of the previous maneuver is the knuckles.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a vertical circle for the elbows, with the hands maintaining the same relative spacial position.
6)Cup both hands (right on top of left), palms down (toward 6:00V) and fingers inward (left – toward 1:30H) (right – toward 7:30H), then Immediately drop both hands downward (toward 6:00V), while simultaneously delivering a right, upward knee kick (toward 12:00V) to upper abdomen height.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is simultaneous vertical lines (upward and downward).
7)Immediately, drop you right foot downward (toward 6:00V) delivering a front, right, downward, side stomp kick (toward 10:30H), while simultaneously repositioning both hands to positional covers, palms forward (toward 10:30H), as needed.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a downward vertical line, reversing the line of the knee kick.
Option:One may choose to keep the hands in the cupped position until the next maneuver.
Note:The next maneuver is not considered part of the technique, rather a transition (adjustment) step prior the next series of maneuvers.
8)Retract both your hands (toward 4:30H) to chambered positions, palms up (toward 12:00V), with the retraction of your right foot backward (toward 4:30H) into a horse stance (facing 12:00H).
Note:The timing of this maneuver should be that both your foot and hand maneuvers conclude at the same time.
Note:You should conclude this technique in the exact same location and position from which you started the technique.
