Twist Through

a)improper execution:
i)not obeying Economy of Motion principle / Create a stable base rule:
1)creating too many adjustments with feet:
A)re-adjusting foot used in foot maneuver during / after maneuver
B)re-adjusting foot not used in foot maneuver during / after maneuver
ii)improper pivoting:
1)executing a step through instead of a twist through (combining timing of distance/rotation during foot maneuver)
2)(distance / rotation) pivoting prior to completing the initial step (pivoting while stepping with foot in air)
iii)executing a twist stance as a separate motion – i.e. holding twist stance too long

b)improper alignments:
i)stepping to improper width (too narrow / too wide) (see stance errors section)
ii)stepping to improper depth (too shallow / too deep) (see stance errors section)
iii)over / under rotating foot / feet / body (improper foot rotation) (see stance errors section)

Comments
