a)improper execution:
i)not obeying Economy of Motion principle / Create a stable base rule:
1)creating too many adjustments with feet:
A)re-adjusting feet during, after maneuver
ii)improper pivoting:
1)adding foot / body rotation to maneuver
iii)executing a twist stance as a separate motion – i.e. holding twist stance too long

 

b)improper alignments:
i)stepping to improper width (too narrow / too wide) (see stance errors section)
ii)stepping to improper depth (too shallow / too deep) (see stance errors section)
