| a) | proper alignments: |
| i) | width = toe/heel |
| ii) | depth = heel/knee |
| iii) | height = slight bend of knees |
b) proper rotation:
| i) | feet = forward at 45 degree angle |
| ii) | body = forward at 45 degree angle |
| c) | proper weight distribution: |
| i) | 50% / 50% between feet |
| d) | proper positioning: |

| a) | improper positioning: |
| i) | minor hand not covering / improper positioning of cover - when required |
| a) | Common errors: |
| i) | not having both feet point forward at 45 degree angle |
| ii) | not having the proper width (toe / heel alignment) or depth (heel / knee alignment) |
| iii) | uneven weight distribution (50% / 50%) |
| iv) | not keeping the back up straight |
| v) | not keeping the shoulders relaxed |
| vi) | not keeping the knees bent (i.e. too straight - causing the stance to be to high) |
