The inside, vertical forearm strike sequence is as follows:
1) | Rotate forward into a left forward bow with the execution of a right, thrusting straight punch, at solar plexus level, while simultaneously cocking the left arm and fist to the left shoulder area |
2) | Rotate backward into a left neutral bow with a left, hammering, vertical, inside forearm strike, while simultaneously retracting the right arm to a right chambered position |
