The following chart is designed to help the practitioner correct some of the errors illustrated in this section. It provides the practitioner with a chart that maps the commonality of errors against the severity of errors.
To start fixing errors in Long Form Two, start with the errors in the upper right hand corner and work downward and to the left of the graph. This will ensure the most sever errors and common errors are fixed first.
