What is the timing of Long Form One?

The timing of Long Form One is called one-in-one timing or sometimes referred to as single beat timing. What that means is that for every foot / body maneuver there is a single defense / offensive maneuver. Both Short Form One and Long Form One share this timing. Other forms do not necessarily share this timing sequence. For instance, the Two's have a two-in-one timing sequence.
