Understanding Long Form One

So, how does Long Form One fit into the Dictionary / Encyclopedia / Appendix analogy?

First, Long Form One continues and then extends the structure and sequence started by Short Form One. As a matter of fact, all of the forms up through Long Form Two have the same fundamental properties. These are: all Dictionary forms start from a Meditating Horse stance; begin with a Right, Hammering, Inward Block; and work on an In / Out / Up / Down sequence.

Next, Long Form One builds on the foundation which was set in place by Short Form One. Specifically, it extends the demonstration of the concept of opposites (left / right, up / down, in / out, etc) and reverses (inward / outward, clockwise / counter-clockwise, direct rotational / counter rotational, etc). An important thing to notice about Long Form One extending the foundation is that even though the extension is primarily focused on physical motion, it also includes conceptual opposites.

As an example: an opposite to a right block is a left block - physical motions. Whereas an opposite to understanding is not understanding - a concept.
