Vertical Outward Block

a) not obeying the rule of Margin for Error:

ii) not anchoring the elbow

iii) not keeping the vertical outward block vertical – i.e. over reaching

 

b) proper alignments:

i) fist at eye-brow level

ii) blocking arm extended to same shoulder

iii) palm facing direct toward you

 

c) double factors:

i) not crossing to center line
