a) proper alignments:

i) toe/toe

ii) heel/heel

iii) feet slightly wider than shoulders

 

b) proper rotation:

i) body faces directly to side (perpendicular to Point of Reference)

1) hips on 12:00H - 6:00H or 3:00H - 9:00H line

2) shoulders on 12:00H - 6:00H or 3:00H - 9:00H line

ii) both feet point directly to side (perpendicular to Point of Reference)

 

c) proper weight distribution:

i) 50/50

 

d) proper arm/hand positioning:

i) unused arm in chambered position

 

e) both feet placed completely flat
