i) toe/heel

ii) 1 1/2 length of front foot from rear foot

 

b) proper rotation:

i) body faces forward at 45 degrees

1) hips on 10:30H - 4:30H or 1:30H - 7:30H line

2) shoulders on 10:30H - 4:30H or 1:30H - 7:30H line

ii) front foot faces directly forward - on ball of foot

iii) rear foot faces forward at 45 degrees  (on 10:30H - 4:30H or 1:30H - 7:30H line)

 

c) proper weight distribution:

1) 10/90

 

d) proper arm/hand positioning:

i) unused arm in chambered position

 

e) rear foot placed completely flat
