Argot for the layman's meaning of glance.

This is just a naming adaptation for the Self-defense Techniques using the same meaning as the layman's definition.

 

Technically, this is not an argot, but is included because it is a word used in the naming of the Self-defense Techniques; and therefore included for clarification. In this case, glance means to bounce off of.
