Front to Back

A distinct type of Switch Foot Maneuver which is physically distinguishable by first drawing the rear foot toward the front foot followed immediately by then stepping the front foot toward the same relative point as the starting position of the opposite foot - to become the new rear foot of the stance.

Comments:

This maneuver is an alternate name for the Back Foot to Front Foot Switch.

This is the original naming convention presented in the basics curriculum. This naming convention caused confusion and spurred the alternate naming convention. Essentially, this naming convention follows the the general purpose of the action.
