A category of stance physically distinguishable by a Heel-Toe Alignment of width, a depth alignmentapproximately half of a Horse stance, and one foot turned parallel to Point of Reference - while the other foot is positioned on the ball of the foot - arms in a ready position - eyes directed forward.
Derivation:
Twist is short for twisted horse. Created from the fact that this stance is easily formed by rotating at the waist from a horse stance, allowing the feet to pivot.
