Proportional Contouring

An idiom referring to active and specific contouring needs based upon the shape and size of an Environmental Object.

Comments:

One easy way to understand Proportional Contouring is that it is just contouring based upon the size of the object in question. For example, the contour of a small person is different from that of a large person - but the overall contours could be considered generally the same.

From one point of view, Proportional Contouring is just active contouring based upon the needs at hand.
