Step Through

a)improper execution:
i)not obeying Economy of Motion principle / Create a stable base rule:
1)creating too many adjustments with feet:
A)breaking the heel (lifting/moving rear of foot before moving front of foot)
B)adjusting/rotating feet prior to/during foot maneuvers
C)adjusting the foot not used in a foot maneuver
D)re-adjusting foot used in foot maneuver, after maneuver
ii)improper pivoting:
1)executing a twist through instead of a step through (splitting timing of distance/rotation during foot maneuver)
2)pivoting prior to or after execution of block / strike (see timing errors section)
iii)executing a cat stance as a separate motion – i.e. holding cat stance too long
