Situation: |
You are standing naturally, flanked by two men, opponent #1 grabbing your right shoulder from your right, opponent #2 grabbing your left shoulder from your left. |
1) |
Step your right foot back (toward rear) into a left neutral bow (facing forward). As you step back, circle both arms as obscure claws, first clawing the faces of both opponents, right hand to opponent #1's face, on your right, left hand to opponent #2's face, on your left. |
Result: |
Their heads should be driven back. |
2) |
Continue circling your arms as obscure claws, now breaking their elbows: right uppercut/forearm breaks the left elbow of opponent #1, left uppercut/forearm breaks the right elbow of opponent #2. |
Result: |
Both opponents should be moved forward, toward you. |
3) |
Execute an outward back-knuckle strike to the ribcage of each opponent: right back-knuckle to the left ribcage of opponent #1, left back-knuckle to the right ribcage of opponent #2. |
Result: |
Both opponents should bend forward at the waist. |
4) |
Circle both hands back, around, and on top of each opponent's head, directing the momentum from the previous moves to smash their heads together. Simultaneously deliver a left knee strike to their faces. |
Result: |
Both opponents should be dazed. |
5) |
Replant your left foot back (toward rear) into a right neutral bow (facing forward). As you plant, execute twin push-downs on the opponents' shoulders, right push-down on opponent #1's left shoulder, left push-down on opponent #2's right shoulder, checking their height zones. |
6) |
Follow the contour of both opponents' bodies with your hands, traveling down the inner thigh of the leg closest to you. Form hooks with your hands as they travel to the ankles, right hand to opponent #1's left ankle, left hand to opponent #2's right ankle. Grab their ankles and jerk them out from under the opponents, pulling toward you. |
7) |
While still maintaining both ankle grabs, deliver a right front snap ball kick to the groin of opponent #2. |
Result: |
He should fall to the ground. |
8) |
Plant your right foot forward into a right neutral bow. As you plant, execute a left roundhouse kick to the sternum of opponent #1. |
Result: |
He should fall to the ground. |
9) |
From the contact point of your left kick, execute a left front crossover and cover out twice (toward rear), keeping equal distance between your opponents. |
