Why is there a 'V' or an 'H' at the end of the clock directions in the form's written execution text?

In short, the 'V' stands for vertical and the 'H' stands for horizontal. These designations aid in visualizing the specific direction intended by the text. 'H' meaning - visualize a horizontal clock and 'V' meaning - visualize a vertical clock.

To fully understand why the designations of vertical and horizontal are necessary, one must first understand how the Clock principle and Universal pattern are directly linked in a three (3) dimensional environment. For further reading on this subject see the "Appendix C - Clock Principle" section of this book.
