a) | Some of the most common mistakes of the Neutral Bow are: |

iv) | not keeping the back up straight |
v) | not keeping the shoulders relaxed |
vi) | not keeping the knees bent (i.e. too straight - causing the stance to be to high) |
b) | One common way to ensure proper rotation of the feet and body in a Neutral Bow is to have the feet/body point to the corners (minor angles) when facing the major angles (12:00/3:00/6:00/9:00) and the walls (major angles) when facing the minor angles (1:30/4:30/7:30/10:30). |
