1) | not stepping correctly: |
A) | not stepping with correct foot |
B) | not stepping directly to new location |
C) | splitting the stance (moving both feet, instead of one) |
ii) | creating too many adjustments with feet |
iii) | bouncing up and down while executing foot maneuver or stationary |
iv) | improper pivoting: |
1) | rotating on the heel instead of the ball of the foot |
2) | rotating the incorrect foot - i.e. the wrong foot (or both feet) |
3) | under / over rotating - not rotating to the proper new angle |
4) | not properly rotating the upper body with the lower body |
v) | jet legging (splitting timing of lower/upper body – i.e. creating distance with feet first and then the upper body) |
