a) general:
i) improper alignments (see below)
1) foot width improper
2) foot depth improper
3) height improper (knees not bent enough or too much)
ii) improper rotation for stance
1) both feet not facing same direction
2) body and feet not facing same direction
iii) improper weight distribution
iv) leaning in stance
b) meditating horse - (alignments = toe/toe – heel/heel) (rotation – straight forward)
i) stepping out with the right foot instead of the left
ii) hands not at proper height (chest to chin level)
c) neutral bow - (alignments = toe/heel – heel/knee) (rotation – forward at 45 degrees)
