Ideal Execution

Written Illustration:

Situation:

You are standing naturally with opponent #1 grabbing your right shoulder from your right (with his left hand) and opponent #2 grabbing your left shoulder from your left (with his right hand), both close to you.

1)

Step your right foot back into a left neutral bow (facing forward). As you step back, execute two underhand back-knuckle strikes to the groin of each opponent, your right hand to opponent #1 and your left hand to opponent #2.

Result:

Both opponents should bend forward at the waist.

2)

Let your back-knuckle strikes follow through after contact. As both arms continue their circular paths, guide them to the underside of the opponents' armpits, timing the path of travel (toward front) so the armpits are contacted at the same moment your right foot plants forward into a right neutral bow (facing forward). Upon contact, hook your arms over and on top of the opponents' shoulders, pinching their arms with yours. As you settle into your right neutral bow, unite both arms, right over left, and force the opponents' heads to collide.

Result:

Both opponents' height zones should be controlled, and both should be dazed.

3)

Immediately deliver a left knee kick directly to the center point of the opponents' clashing heads, injuring their faces and forcing them apart.

4)

Replant your left foot back to its point of origin into a right neutral bow, applying downward pressure with both arms to continue controlling the opponents' height zones.

5)

Contour your hands down the opponents' bodies and legs to their inner thighs, your right hand along the left leg and inner thigh of opponent #1, your left hand along the right leg and inner thigh of opponent #2. As your hands continue down, shape them outward like a crane to further hook the opponents' legs, traveling to their ankles. Without hesitation, grab and jerk both opponents' ankles up and slightly out, pulling both legs out from under them, synchronized with your right foot stepping back (toward rear) into a left neutral bow (facing forward).

Result:

Both opponents' balance should be disturbed, their feet forced above their heads, placing them on their hands.

6)

While still maintaining both ankle grabs, deliver a right front snap ball kick to the groin of opponent #2.

Result:

Opponent #2 should be stunned.

7)

Plant your right foot into a right front twist stance, gauging your foot as you do so. As you plant and turn clockwise, take advantage of the momentum created through rotation and gravitational marriage, adding force to a left roundhouse kick to the chest of opponent #1.

Result:

Opponent #1 should be stunned.

8)

From the contact point of your left kick, release the ankles of both opponents, a control release, forcing them to the ground, as you execute a left front crossover, and cover out twice (toward rear), positioning yourself midway between your opponents.
