The first thing one will notice about the front of the Kard is that the signification and the execution image of Long Form Three are close to equally prominent - with the execution image slightly more prominent. This layout is part of a theme that is shared among all of the Kards in the form Dek. As the forms increase in complexity, the signification becomes less prominent while at the same time the figures on the Kard become more prominent.
The next thing one should notice is that the figure on the Kard is executing an easily recognizable move of Long Form Three. This is part of another theme that is shared among all the Kards in the forms Dek. The figure and any other images (aside from the signification) will highlight some of the most important pieces of information and/or physical attributes of the form being illustrated. This is done with the intent that a person familiar with the form should be able to quickly ascertain which form is being illustrated without having to read the text.
