1a)Step forward with your left foot (toward 10:30H) into a meditating horse (facing 12:00H), by placing your left open hand (on a 1:30V - 7:30V line) over your right fist (on a 10:30V - 4:30V line) parallel to your body in front of your, at chin level.
1b)Close the form by raising both of your hands above your head (toward 12:00V), palms up (toward 12:00V), and without any loss of momentum, draw your left foot (toward 3:00H) to your right foot while simultaneously lowering both of your hands in outward arches (left toward 9:00H - right toward 3:00H), ending into an attention stance (toward 12:00H).
