b) not turning head to new direction prior to foot maneuver
c) not looking straight ahead – i.e. looking up, down or wondering eyes
d) improper breathing:

| ii) | breathing in during execution of major blocks and/or strikes |

| i) | not obeying Economy of Motion principle |
