Situation: |
You are standing naturally with the opponent (to your front) executing a right step-through straight punch. |
1) |
Step back with your right foot (toward rear) into a left transitional neutral bow (facing forward). As you step back, execute a right outward parry to the outside of the opponent's right punch. Continue riding the force of the punch by pivoting into a left reverse bow. Simultaneously grab the opponent's right wrist with your right hand while delivering a left inward horizontal heel-palm strike under and to the outside of his right elbow, guiding him diagonally down past your right hip. |
Result: |
The opponent's right elbow should sprain or break. |
2) |
Instantly reverse the flow of your action, pivoting counter-clockwise into a left forward bow (facing forward). As you pivot, maintain control of the opponent's right wrist with your right hand while simultaneously delivering a left outward back-knuckle strike to his right lower ribcage. |
Result: |
The opponent should bend forward at the waist. |
3) |
Again reverse the flow of your action, pivoting clockwise into a left reverse bow (facing forward). As you pivot, maintain control of the opponent's right wrist while simultaneously delivering a left inward heel-palm strike to the back of his right shoulder, jerking him diagonally down to the ground. |
4) |
Leap into the air toward the opponent, both feet cocked under you, both hands cocked to the sides of your chest, palms up, in begging fashion. |
5) |
Land in a diamond stance on the opponent so the heels of both feet strike his kidneys, right heel to right kidney, left heel to left kidney. |
Result: |
The opponent's head should snap up. |
6) |
Immediately slide both heels off the opponent's kidneys. Using quarter-beat timing, take advantage of his body reaction by executing simultaneous heel-palm strikes to the back of his mastoids, right heel-palm to right mastoid, left heel-palm to left mastoid. |
Result: |
The opponent should be stunned, his face driven into the ground. |
7) |
From the reaction of the opponent's face hitting the ground and bouncing back up, slip both hands along his face and under his chin. |
8) |
Immediately switch into a concave stance, pulling up and toward you with both hands, using your knees to brace down against his shoulder blades, stretching his neck and throat to their limits. |
9) |
Pivot slightly to your right into a right close kneel. While pivoting, without disengaging, twist his head and neck clockwise, pulling up and against his chin with your right hand and pushing down on the back of his head with your left hand, snapping his neck. |
10) |
With your right hand cocked to your right ear, palm out, and your left hand pushing the opponent's head down, immediately pivot into a left close kneel, delivering a right inward handsword to the bridge of his nose. |
Result: |
His nose should break. |
11) |
Switch into a right close kneel, dropping your left knee onto the opponent's upper spine, simultaneously pushing the back of his head down with your left hand, forcing his face into the ground again. |
Result: |
The opponent should respond to his second facial impact by snapping his head up. |
12) |
Using the opponent's body as a springboard, bounce up, leap, and turn your body counter-clockwise in mid-air. Using the synchronization of your rotational force and marriage of gravity, land with your left foot to the right of the opponent's body, delivering a right downward looping roundhouse kick to his head, bending your left knee deeply. |
Result: |
The opponent should be rendered unconscious. |
13) |
From the contact point of your right kick, execute a right front crossover and cover out twice (toward left front). |
