Inward Block

a) proper alignments:

i) fist at eye-brow level

ii) blocking arm extended to opposite shoulder

iii) blocking arm extended to depth of Invisible Box

iv) execution angle - forward at 45 degrees

b) executing two hammering inward blocks (instead of a hammering and thrusting)

Comment

i) One of the most common execution errors of the Inward Block in Short Form Two is to execute it to the wrong forward angle. This is due to anticipation of the Outward Hand-sword.
