Step your right foot forward (toward 12:00H) into a right modified neutral bow (toward 12:00H) (stable base), while simultaneously bringing your left hand, palm down (toward 6:00V), on top of the back of your right hand (upper hand), to pin both of the opponent’s thumbs to the back of your right hand (pinning check). Simultaneously with the previous motions, deliver a right thrusting upward elbow (counter clockwise) (toward 12:00H) (toward 1:30V) to the opponent’s chin area (major).

The opponent’s head and upper body should be thrust upward (toward 1:30H) and back (toward 12:00H), and should attempt to cover their chin with their hands, but your left pinning hand should prevent this from happening

Without any loss of motion from the previous move, extend your right arm upward (toward 10:30V) and back (toward 7:00H) in preparation for the next move (positioned cock), while simultaneously releasing the pin on the back of the opponent’s thumbs, and dropping your left open hand to your right solar plexus (toward 6:00V) (positioned check), palm forward (toward 12:00H).

Don’t allow your upper body to shift away from the opponent (toward 6:00H) (don’t lean). Rather, have your upper body aid your strike to the opponent’s groin, by moving toward the opponent (toward 12:00H) (directional harmony).
