Situation
Start from a standing position (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) executing a shallow two-hand push to your upper chest area, right foot forward (toward 6:00H).
1a)
Step back (toward 6:00H) with your right foot into a left transitory neutral bow (stable base) with the raise (toward 12:00V) of both your hands, palms toward you (toward 6:00H), overlapping (left over right) in the center of your upper chest area, between the opponent’s arms, with elbows anchored (toward 6:00V) and almost touching in front of your lower abdomen area. Immediately, settle (toward 6:00V) into a left neutral bow with the rotating (left counter clockwise V) (right clockwise V) and parting (left toward 9:00H) (right toward 3:00H) of both your hands to the inside of both the opponent’s forearms, simultaneously, while maintaining anchored elbows (toward 6:00V). Without any loss of motion, continue the rotation of both your hands executing single handed wrist grabs to both the opponent’s wrists with both your hands (left to left) (right to right), in preparation for the next move.
Note
The above series of moves should be done as a single series of almost continuous motion, instead of breaking the motion into its component parts.
The path of travel for your parting hands should be executed in a similar manner as an extended outward block, only more squared and less circular.
Result
From the initial move, both the opponent’s arms should pass safely by your body, nullifying the push.
1b)
Immediately, execute a right inward, upward diagonal, horizontal thrusting side-kick (toward 10:30H) (toward 10:30V) to the opponent’s lower left peck area (major), while simultaneously pulling the opponent’s arms toward you and diagonally downward (toward 6:00H) (toward 4:30V) (opposing forces).
Result
The opponent’s forward momentum should be halted (borrowed force) with the head and shoulders continuing to move and bend forward (toward 6:00H), while the hands attempt to cover the chest area, but are prevented from doing so by the grabs to the opponent’s wrists.
2a)
Plant (toward 6:00V) your right foot forward (toward 10:30H) and to the right of the opponent’s body (toward 9:00H), into a right transitory modified neutral bow (toward 10:30H) with the raise (toward 12:00V) of the opponent’s left arm forward (toward 10:30H) and under the opponent’s extended (toward 6:00H) (toward 7:30V) right arm, creating a right elbow lock (toward 12:00V) (minor).
Note
Raising (toward 12:00V) (toward 10:30H) your right hand and lowering (toward 7:30V) (toward 6:00H) your left hand in opposition to one another (opposing forces) will vary the amount of pressure applied to the opponent’s right elbow joint.
Result
The opponent should be forced onto the tips of their toes (toward 12:00V) in and attempt to relieve the pressure from their right elbow joint.
Tip
The height at which you execute the lock to the opponent’s right elbow in front of your body should be high enough so that the next move can be executed without bending over. Typically, upper chest to shoulder height.
2b)
Rotate 180 degrees (counter clockwise H) converting your stance into a left transitory neutral bow (toward 6:00H) while maintaining the height and position of the opponent’s arms, in preparation for the next move. Immediately, push-drag backward (toward 12:00H) with the yank of both your arms toward your body (toward 12:00H) and diagonally downward (toward 4:30V).
Result
The opponent’s body should be forced to flip forward (counter clockwise V) onto their back (body on the 12:00H – 6:00H line), face up (toward 12:00V), with both hands attempting to stop the fall of the body, but are prevented from doing so by the grab to both the wrists.
2c)
Continuing the pulling action from the previous move, raise both of your arms toward your body (toward 12:00H) and diagonally upward (toward 1:30V) with a right straight thrusting knee kick (toward 6:00H) (toward 3:00V) to the back of the opponent’s upper neck and head area (major) (opposing forces).
Note
The completed pull of the opponent’s arms should create a large “U” or “V” shape (on the 12:00H – 6:00H line).
Result
The opponent’s upper body and head should be raised upward (toward 1:30V) and back (toward 12:00H) by the pull to the opponent’s arms, while the head and neck area should be forced forward (toward 6:00H) (toward 3:00V) by the right knee kick, with the hands attempting to cover the head area, but are prevented from doing so by the grabs to the opponent’s wrists.
3)
Replant (toward 12:00H), your right foot back to its original position (gauge) as you shift (clockwise H) backward into a left neutral bow (toward 6:00H) (positioned cover) with the retraction (toward 12:00H) of your left arm to a left vertical blocking position (positioned cover), while simultaneously retracting (toward 12:00H) your right hand to your left solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 6:00H).
Result
The opponent’s upper body should collapse to the ground backward (toward 12:00H) (toward 6:00V), face up (toward 12:00V).
4)
Cross out and cover (toward 12:00H).
