Situation

You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 6:00H) (facing 12:00H) applying a rear, stiff-arm, two hand, pulling (toward 6:00H) choke to your neck and throat area.

1)
|
Step back (toward 5:00H), between the opponent’s legs, into a left modified twist (facing 12:00H) (stable base) as you simultaneously draw your left arm (toward 12:00V) to the left chambered position, fist up (toward 12:00V), with your right arm (toward 9:00V) parallel across your body, fist down (toward 6:00V), on top the left fist, in preparation for the next move. Immediately, rotate (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (toward 6:00H) as you deliver a right vertical outward block (toward 9:00H), fist facing you (toward 12:00H), to the outside of the opponent’s right elbow, with a left, straight, thrusting, elbow (toward 6:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent’s right ribcage area (minor).

Result
|
The opponent’s grab should be broken and their upper body should be forced to rotate (counter clockwise H) (on the 1:30H-7:30H line), just before the contact with your left elbow strike. Also, they may attempt to cover their right ribcage area with their right arm, but the position of your right arm should prevent this (pressing check).

Immediately, rotate (counter clockwise H) and settle (toward 6:00V) into a right neutral bow (toward 6:00H) with a right thrusting inward elbow strike (toward 7:30H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent’s sternum (major), as you simultaneously raise (toward 12:00V) your left open hand, palm forward (toward 6:00H), to the back of the opponent’s right elbow (pressing check), replacing your right arm.

You should try to minimize the loss of contact and pressure to the opponent’s right arm as much as possible.

Result
|
The opponent’s body should be forced slightly backward (toward 4:30H) and collapse to the ground.
