Situation

Your are in normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) applying a front bear hug, with your arms pinned to your body.

1)
|
Step your right foot back (toward 6:00H) into a left modified forward bow (toward 12:00H) (stable base), while simultaneously bringing both closed fists, palms facing each other (towards 3:00H and 9:00H) with thumbs extended, but touching the fist, together in front of your body (toward 12:00H) and delivering a straight double thumb thrusting strike (minor) to the opponent’s bladder or groin area (towards 12:00H).

Result
|
The opponent’s lower body should be thrust backward (toward 12:00H).

You and the opponent’s chests should never lose contact with each other, up to this point.

2)
|
Circle your left arm (counter clockwise) under the opponent’s right arm (between the opponent’s body and right arm) and onto the back of the opponent’s right shoulder, palm down (toward 6:00V) with finger facing toward you (toward 6:00H) to apply a left downward pressing check (toward 6:00V) onto the opponent’s right shoulder. Simultaneously with the previous move open and rotate your right hand (counter clockwise), palm down (toward 6:00V) and fingers to the left (toward 9:00H) in front of your body into a right positioned cover.

The pressing check should keep the opponent’s lower body extended (toward 12:00H) (height zone check).

Deliver a right straight thrusting step-through knee kick (major) (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s groin area, while simultaneously drawing your right arm straight back (toward 6:00H) (positioned cock) (opposing forces), palm up (toward 12:00V), in preparation for the next move.

The drawing of your right elbow should break the opponent’s bear-hug.

Without any loss of motion from the previous moves, deliver a right thrusting side kick (minor) (toward 12:00H) to the inside of the opponent’s left leg (optional), before settling forward into a right neutral bow (toward 12:00H) between the opponent’s legs. Again, without any loss of motion, deliver a right straight thrusting elbow strike (major) (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s face area, simultaneously with the settling forward into the right neutral bow.
