Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) executing a left direct push to your right shoulder or upper chest area.
1)
Step back (toward 6:00H) into a right neutral bow (toward 12:00H) (stable base) as you simultaneously raise both of your open hands (left toward 1:30V and right toward 10:30V), palms facing each other (left toward 3:00V and right toward 9:00V) and thumbs facing upward (toward 12:00V), executing a right inward elbow lock or break (toward 10:30V with the right and 3:00V with the left) to the back of the opponent’s right elbow (minor), while keeping both of your elbows below your hands (anchored elbows).
Note
The right hand should make contact at the outside of the opponent’s right elbow and the left hand should make contact at the inside of the opponent’s left forearm with both hands in a “grabbing” positions on the opponent’s arm.
Result
The opponent’s left arm should hyper-extended straight and their upper body should be turn slightly (clockwise) toward your left (toward 7:30H) and raised to their tippy-toes (toward 12:00V), preventing any of their free weapons from executing any strikes against you (height, width, and depth check).
2)
Hook (counter clockwise V) your right hand on top of and inside the opponent’s right arm into the shape of the crane, fingers down (toward 6:00V) and immediately retract your right arm to your right hip area (toward 5:00H) (toward 4:00V), fingers down (toward 6:00V), while maintaining contact with the opponent’s right arm (frictional pull), in preparation for the next move. Simultaneously with the retraction of your right arm (opposing forces), shift forward (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (toward 12:00H) with a left straight thrusting hand-sword (toward 12:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent’s throat area (minor).
Note
The right hooking hand should use your right wrist as the pivot point.
Result
The opponent’s body should be forced slightly forward (toward 6:00H) from the pull of your right arm, but stopped by the force of the left strike to the throat. They may attempt to cover their throat area with their left hand, but the right arm should be incapacitated by the previous moves.
3)
Convert the straight pull of your right arm into a circular arch (toward 12:00H) (toward 7:30V) delivering a right inward, downward, diagonal hammering hammer-fist (toward 7:30V) (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s left temple area (major) as you shift back (counter clockwise H) into a right neutral bow (toward 12:00H) and retract your left hand (toward 6:00H) to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 12:00H).
Result
The opponent’s head should be thrust to your left (toward 9:00H) and downward (toward 7:30V).
4)
Push-drag forward (toward 12:00H) (optional) as you continue the circular pattern of your right arm from the previous move, and bend your right arm at the elbow to deliver a right inward, downward diagonal hammering elbow (toward 12:00H) (toward 7:30V) to the opponent’s left jaw hinge (major) as you simultaneously circle (counter clockwise H) your left hand to deliver a left thrusting inward heel-palm (toward 12:00H) (toward 1:30V) to the opponent’s right jaw hinge (minor) (sandwiching), fingers forward (toward 12:00H).
Result
The opponent’s jaw should be broken from both sides and the force of the strikes should immobilize their head.
5)
Reposition your right arm, by dropping your right elbow (toward 6:00V), to a right vertical blocking position, while also retracting your left hand to your right solar plexus (positioned check), palm forward (toward 12:00H), and maintaining your other defenses (positioned check).
Result
The opponent should collapse to the ground (toward 6:00V).
6)
Cross out and cover (toward 7:30H).
