Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00H), while the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) executes a right round-house (counter clockwise H) club attack (toward 4:30H) to your left side of head, while stepping forward (toward 6:00H) with their right foot.
1)
Step forward with your left foot (toward 12:00H) into a transitory left neutral bow (facing 12:00H) (positioned cover) (stable base) with a right, thrusting, straight, vertical punch (toward 12:00H) to the opponent's nose area (major) (borrowed force), while simultaneously delivering a left extended outward block (toward 10:30H) to the inside of the opponent's right forearm area.
Note
The left extended outward block should try to make contact with the opponent’s right arm as soon as possible on the arc of the swing, and, at most, allow the arm to make it to the 45 degree line (7:30H).
Result
The opponent's forward momentum should be halted with the head and upper body thrust back (toward 12:00H) with your left blocking arm halting the momentum of the opponent's right arm.
2)
Immediately, shift your right foot to your left (toward 7:30H) with the circling of your left arm (counter-clockwise V)(until 1:30V) over and around the opponent’s right arm, palm up (toward 12:00V), delivering a left inside upward diagonal (toward 4:30H) (toward 1:30V) inside elbow strike (minor) to the opponent’s right arm, forcing it against your left upper hip (opposing forces), while simultaneously maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover).
Note
Use your left shoulder and left elbow as the pivot points to create the circle of your left arm, which should finish by making contact above the opponent’s right elbow, while your left upper hip makes contact below the opponent’s right elbow.
Result
The opponent’s body should arc forward (toward 4:30H) at the waist by the pressure of your left arm.
3)
Shift (clockwise H) your right foot around and to the back of the opponent's legs (toward 12:00H), converting the motion into a right leg sweep (toward 4:30H) to the back of the opponent’s right leg (minor), with the rotation (counter clockwise H) (toward 9:00H) of your stance into a left forward bow (toward 10:30H), while simultaneously delivering a right upward inward diagonal (toward 10:30V) (toward 10:30H) heel-palm (opposing forces), fingers upward (toward 12:00H), to the chin of the opponent (major).
Note
As the opponent is forced backward (toward 10:30H), the lock of your left arm will need to be loosened, forming a guide through which the opponent’s right arm may slide in a checked manner.
Only allow the opponent’s right arm to slip through your left arm to the wrist.
Result
The opponent’s lower body should be thrust forward (toward 4:30H), while the upper body is thrust backward (toward 10:30H), causing the opponent to collapse (toward 6:00V) to the ground, face up (toward 12:00V) (body on the 10:30H-4:30H line), with the left arm extended downward (toward 6:00V) in an attempt to break the fall, while the right arm extends upward (toward 12:00V), prevented from moving by your left arm.
4)
Immediately, grab the opponent’s right wrist with both your hands (detaining check), left on bottom and palm toward the right (toward 1:30H) - right on the top and palm toward the left (toward 7:30H), while simultaneously raising (toward 12:00V) your right foot, in preparation for the next move. Without any loss of motion, deliver a right downward thrusting stomp heel kick (toward 6:00V) to the opponent’s jaw area (major), while simultaneously pulling upward (toward 12:00V) on the opponent’s right arm with both of your arms (opposing forces).
Result
The opponent’s head should be forced downward (toward 6:00V), but prevented from moving very much by the upward (toward 12:00V) pull to the opponent’s right arm, while the opponent’s left arm begins to cover the jaw area.
5)
Draw your right foot toward your left (toward 6:00H) (toward 10:00V) (diversified angle of retraction), delivering a left instep sweep kick to the inside of the opponent’s right upper arm area (major). Continue the motion stepping through (toward 6:00H) with your right foot, while simultaneously releasing the grab to the opponent’s right arm, but maintaining defenses with both hands (positioned cover), palm down (toward 6:00V) and fingers forward (toward 12:00H).
Result
The opponent’s right arm should be thrust to the left (toward 6:00H), but prevented from moving very much by your double grab to the wrist, which should cause the arm to severely disconnect from the shoulder.
After the release of your grab the opponent’s right arm should drop (toward 6:00V) lifelessly to the floor, with the left hand attempting to cover the right shoulder area.
6)
Raise (toward 12:00V) your left hand to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 12:00H), simultaneously with the raise (toward 12:00V) of your right arm to a vertical blocking position (toward 12:00H), while continuing the motion of your previous moves, crossing out and covering (toward 6:00H).
