Shift your left foot toward your right foot (toward 3:00H) as you raise (toward 12:00V) and stiffen your body to a standard normal stance with a back (toward 6:00H) (toward 1:30V) thrusting head butt to the bottom of the opponent’s chin (minor), while simultaneously trapping both of the opponent’s arms to your sides (pinning check) by thrusting both of your fists together (toward 3:00H and 9:00H) and downward (toward 4:30V and 7:30V), palms facing you (toward 6:00H).

The opponent’s head should be thrust back (toward 6:00H), but the upper body should remain restrained by the pin of your arms.

Rotate to your left (counter clockwise H) into a left rear bow (toward 10:30H) with a left back upward diagonal (toward 10:30V) (toward 4:00H) thrusting heel kick to the opponent’s right inner knee (minor). Immediately, deliver a left side kick (toward 9:00H) to the opponent’s left inner knee (minor).
