Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with your arms at your side (toward 6:00V), while the opponent (at 6:00H) (facing 12:00H) begins to apply a rear full nelson.
1a)
Step your left foot to your left (toward 9:00H) settling (toward 6:00V) (purposeful compliance) into a horse (facing 12:00H) with double thrusting upward diagonal (toward 6:00H) (toward 1:30V) vertical punches, palms forward (toward 12:00H), to the opponent’s side of jaw (major).
Note
The timing of the punches should be simultaneous with one another causing a sandwiching effect to both sided of the opponent’s jaw hinge.
Result
The opponent’s head should be thrust upward (toward 1:30V) and back (toward 6:00H) loosening the application of the lock.
1b)
Immediately, drop your elbows straight down (diversified angle of retraction) delivering double downward (toward 6:00V) elbow strikes, palms forward (toward 12:00H), to the top of both the opponent’s forearm areas (minor).
Result
The opponent’s lock should be broken with both arms pinned to your upper body by the inside of your upper arms (pinning check).
1c)
Shift your left foot toward your right foot (toward 3:00H) as you raise (toward 12:00V) and stiffen your body to a standard normal stance (facing 12:00H) with a back (toward 6:00H) (toward 1:30V) thrusting head butt to the bottom of the opponent’s chin (minor), while simultaneously trapping both of the opponent’s arms to your sides (pinning check) by thrusting both of your fists together (toward 3:00H and 9:00H) and downward (toward 4:30V and 7:30V), palms toward you (toward 6:00H).
Note
This motion is exactly the same motion that is described in the beginning of the technique-SCRAPING HOOF, but from a slightly different position.
Result
The opponent’s head should be thrust back (toward 6:00H), but the upper body should remain restrained by the pin of your arms.
2)
Raise (toward 12:00V) your left hand, traveling between the opponent’s hands, to grab the top of opponent’s right forearm, palm down (toward 6:00V) and fingers to the right (toward 3:00H), maintaining the pin to the opponent’s left arm (pinning check). Immediately, step your left foot forward (toward 1:00H) (gauge) into a transitory right reverse bow (toward 7:00H), while maintaining the pin to both of the opponent’s arms (pinning check). With out any loss of motion, rotate (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (toward 6:00H) with a right outward elbow strike (toward 6:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent’s face area (major) with a pull (toward 12:00H) (toward 7:30V) to the opponent’s right arm (opposing forces).
Result
The opponent’s upper body should be forced forward (toward 12:00H) by your initial step and pull to the right arm, but completely halted by the elbow strike. The strike should force the opponent’s head back (toward 6:00H), while both hands attempt to cover the face area, but are prevented from doing so by the pins to the arms.
3)
Step your left foot back (toward 7:00H) to its original position, into a normal stance (facing 12:00H), while simultaneously dropping (toward 6:00V) both arms back to their original positions, palms toward you (toward 6:00H), re-pinning both of the opponent’s arms between your body and your arms (pinning check).
Result
Both hands should continue to attempt to cover the face area, but are still prevented from doing so by the pins to the arms.
4)
Raise (toward 12:00V) your right hand, traveling between the opponent’s hands, to grab the top of opponent’s left forearm, palm down (toward 6:00V) and fingers to the left (toward 9:00H), maintaining the pin to the opponent’s right arm (pinning check). Immediately, step your right foot forward (toward 11:00H) (gauge) into a transitory left reverse bow (toward 5:00H), while maintaining the pin to both of the opponent’s arms (pinning check). With out any loss of motion, rotate (counter clockwise H) into a left forward bow (toward 6:00H) with a left outward elbow strike (toward 6:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent’s face area (minor) with a pull (toward 12:00H) (toward 7:30V) to the opponent’s left arm (opposing forces).
Result
The opponent’s upper body should be forced forward (toward 12:00H) by your initial step and pull to the left arm, but completely halted by the elbow strike. The strike should force the opponent’s head back (toward 6:00H), while both hands attempt to cover the face area, but are prevented from doing so by the pins to the arms.
5)
Shift (clockwise H) back (toward 6:00H) into a left neutral bow (toward 6:00H) with the retraction of your left arm to a vertical position (positioned cover), while simultaneously raising (toward 10:30V) your right hand to your left solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 12:00H).
Result
The opponent should collapse (toward 6:00V) to the ground.
6)
Cross out and cover (toward 4:30H).
