Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 4:30H) (facing 12:00H) applying a left, bent-arm, shoulder grab to your right shoulder, palm down (toward 6:00V).
1a)
Step backward (toward 5:00H) into a transitory right reverse bow (toward 4:30H) with the rise (toward 10:30V) of your right elbow, palm down (toward 6:00V), toward the opponent’s face, along with the rise of your left hand to your right shoulder area (positioned cover), palm facing the opponent (toward 4:30H), in preparation for the next move.
Note
The rise of your right elbow is not necessarily designed to hit the opponent’s face, but instead should close off any offensive line of attack for the opponent’s left hand toward your face area, while your left hand begins to protect your face and/or body area from any potential attack from the opponent’s right hand.
1b)
Without any loss of momentum from the previous moves, shift (clockwise H) into a right transitory neutral bow (facing 4:30H) with a right thrusting outward heel-palm claw, palm facing the opponent (toward 3:00V) and fingers to the left (toward 3:00V), to the opponent’s face area (minor), while maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent’s head and upper body should be forced backward (toward 4:30H) and away from you (toward 4:30H), causing the opponent’s left arm to being to extend.
1b)
Continuing without any loss of momentum from the previous moves, shift (clockwise H) into a right transitory forward bow (facing 5:00H) with a left thrusting inward heel-palm claw, palm facing the opponent (toward 3:00V) and fingers to the left (toward 3:00V), to the opponent’s face area (minor), while allowing your right hand and arm to continue its trajectory past the opponent’s face and straighten out behind (toward 6:00H) and over (toward 1:30V) the opponent’s left arm, palm facing way from you (toward 6:00H).
Result
The opponent’s head and upper body should be forced further backward (toward 4:30H) and away from you (toward 4:30H), causing the opponent’s left arm to fully extend.
1c)
Continuing without any loss of momentum from the previous moves, step forward (toward 12:00H) into a right forward bow (facing 12:00H), while simultaneously circling (clockwise V) your right arm under (toward 6:00V) the opponent’s left arm and upward (toward 10:30V), trapping it (at the elbow) and forcing it upward (toward 10:30V), exerting extreme pressure to the opponent’s left shoulder area – with the retraction (toward 10:30H) of your left hand to your right shoulder area (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent’s body should arch forward (toward 12:00H) in an attempt to relieve the pressure to their left shoulder, and possibly step forward with their left foot (toward 12:00H) for the same reason.
2a)
Step forward (toward 12:00H) into a left transitory forward bow (facing 12:00H), while continuing to maintain the effects of the maneuvers from the previous moves and possibly apply more pressure to compensate and/or correct for any counter-maneuvers / motions the opponent may have done in response to your initial application.
Result
The opponent’s body should arch further forward (toward 12:00H) in an attempt to relieve the pressure to their left shoulder.
2b)
Immediately, shift (clockwise H) into a right neutral bow (facing 5:00H) with a right outward back-knuckle, palm facing you (toward 11:00H), to the opponent’s left rib area (minor), while maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover). After striking the opponent, allow your right arm to pass behind the opponent (toward 5:00H) and extend, in preparation for the next move.
Result
The opponent’s body should un-arch (toward 5:00H), back to a normal position (on a 12:00V-6:00V line), or possibly arch backward (toward 5:00H).
3)
Shift forward (clockwise) into a right forward bow (toward 5:00H) with a left thrusting, straight heel-palm to the opponent’s sternum (major), palm facing the opponent (toward 5:00H) and fingers to the left (toward 3:00V), while simultaneously executing a right hammering inverted, straight back-knuckle, palm facing away from you (toward 5:00H), to the opponent’s mastoid (major). After striking the opponent, allow your right hand and arm to pass in front of the opponent (toward 11:00H) at your left shoulder area, palm facing the opponent (toward 5:00H), in preparation for the next move.
Note
The heel-palm and back-knuckle strikes should be executed such that they both make contact with the opponent at the same time (opposing forces).
Result
The opponent’s upper body should be thrust back (toward 5:00H), while their head is thrust forward (toward 11:00H), creating a shearing effect to the opponent’s neck.
4)
Push-drag forward (toward 5:00H) into a right neutral bow (facing 5:00H) with a thrusting, right inverted middle-knuckle, palm facing the opponent (toward 5:00H), to the opponent’s trachea area (major), while simultaneously retracting (toward 11:00H) your left hand to your right solar plexus area (positioned cover).
Note
Both the rotation (counter clockwise H) from the forward bow to the neutral bow and the forward momentum of the push-drag should be used to enhance the power of the middle-knuckle strike (confluence of forces).
Result
The opponent should be thrust backward (toward 5:00H) and collapse to the ground (toward 6:00V), face up (toward 12:00V), with both hands grabbing the throat area.
5)
Retract you right arm (toward 11:00H) to a vertical blocking position and immediately cross out and cover (toward 11:00H).
