Situation
Start from a standing position (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) executing a right step through thrusting punch to your head area (toward 6:00H).
1)
Leap (gauge) to your left (toward 9:00H) with your left foot into left one-legged stance (facing 1:30H) with a left inward parry to the outside of the opponent’s right upper forearm area, simultaneous with a right four finger middle knuckle rake, palm up (toward 12:00V), to the underside of the opponent’s upper elbow area (insert) with the path of travel of you right arm ending with your right fist at your left under arm area (positioned cock), palm up (toward 12:00V), in preparation for the next move. Without any loss of motion, deliver a right thrusting outward downward diagonal (toward 1:30H) (toward 4:30V) sidekick to the back of the opponent’s right knee (major) (complimentary angle). Continue by planting your right foot forward (toward 1:30H) into a right neutral bow (toward 1:30) with a right thrusting outward downward diagonal (toward 1:30H) (toward 4:30V) back-knuckle strike to the opponent’s left kidney area (major), while simultaneously shifting (toward 9:00H) your left hand to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 1:30H).
Note
The above series of moves should be done as a single series of continuous motion, instead of breaking the motion into its component parts.
The initial leap and kick should be done such that your body weight is always leaning towards the opponent (toward 1:30H) and never away from the opponent (toward 7:30H), thus enhancing the force of the kick.
Result
From the initial move, the opponent’s right arm should straighten from the middle-knuckle strike and the left hand should begin to attempt to cover the right elbow area. From the kick, the opponent’s body should be rotated (counter clockwise H) (toward 1:30H) and forced onto the right knee (toward 1:30H). From the back-knuckle strike, the opponent’s upper body and head should be arched backward (toward 7:30H).
2)
Immediately, draw (toward 4:30H) your right arm toward your right hip, palm up (toward 12:00V), continuing the motion by converting it into a circular path (counter clockwise H) delivering a right inward elbow strike (toward 10:30H) to the right side of the opponent’s head (major), palm down (toward 6:00V), simultaneously with the hooking (clockwise H) of your left hand to deliver a left inward heel-palm strike (toward 4:30H), finger forward (toward 1:30H), to the left side of the opponent’s head (major) (sandwich).
Result
The opponent’s head should be sandwich between the opposing forces of the two strikes, without any significant movement of the opponent’s body. But, the opponent may try to begin to attempt to cover the head area with both hands.
3)
Retract (toward 7:30H) your right hand to a right vertical blocking position (position cover) with the retraction (toward 7:30H) of your left hand to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 1:30). Immediately, cross out and cover (toward 7:30H).
Result
The opponent should collapse to the ground (toward 1:30H) (toward 6:00V) (body on the 1:30H-7:30H line), face down (toward 6:00V).
