Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with your left arm at your side (toward 6:00V), while the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) executes a left hand direct wrist grab (toward 6:00H), palm to the left (toward 9:00H), to your right wrist, palm down (toward 6:00V).
1a)
Circle (clockwise V) your right arm (using your elbow as the pivot point), until your fingers point upward (toward 12:00V), palm facing you (toward 6:00H), while simultaneously circling (counter clockwise V) your left arm (using your elbow as the pivot point), until your fingers point upward (toward 12:00V), palm facing toward your right (toward 3:00H), with the back of your left hand pressing against the back of the opponent’s left hand, in preparation for the next move.
Note
The above moves should expose the opponent’s left wrist (pointing toward 12:00V) and allow your left hand and wrist to be used as a fulcrum along with your right hand and wrist in the next series of moves.
Tip
The circles of the above moves should be kept as small as possible, not allowing your right hand to rise higher than your mid-chest area.
Anchoring your right elbow during the execution of the above moves will allow you to generate more force for the rotation of your right arm, if the opponent resists.
1b)
Step forward (toward 1:00H) with your right foot into a right neutral bow (toward 12:00H) (stable base) with a right, hammering , forward hammer fist (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s groin area (major), while simultaneously, rotating your left hand (clockwise H), palm away from you (toward 9:00H), into a left wrist grab to the opponent’s left wrist.
Note
Your left grabbing hand should be kept close to your body, so as to not leave a gap between you and your opponent’s left elbow (third hand).
Result
The opponent’s lower abdomen should be forced backward (toward 12:00H), while your left hand grab prevents the upper body from moving (opposing forces), compelling the opponent to bend slightly forward (toward 6:00H), at the waist.
2)
Deliver a right thrusting inward elbow strike (toward 9:00H) to the opponent's left floating rib area (major), palm down (toward 6:00V).
Result
The opponent's body should begin to arch slightly away from the strike (toward 9:00H), while the opponent's left hand is prevented from covering the rib area by your grab.
3a)
Straighten your right elbow allowing it to travel past your left rib area (toward 5:00H), while simultaneously rotating (counter clockwise V) your right fist, palm facing you (toward 3:00V), in preparation for the next move (positioned cock).
3b)
Immediately, reverse the motion of your right arm, delivering a right thrusting outward elbow strike (toward 11:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent's left floating rib area (major) (fitting).
Result: The opponent’s lower abdomen should be forced backward (toward 12:00H), while your left hand grab prevents the upper body from moving (opposing forces), compelling the opponent to bend slightly more forward (toward 6:00H), at the waist.
4)
Without any loss of momentum from the previous move, deliver a right, outward, thrusting, back-knuckle strike (toward 12:00H) (clockwise), to the opponent's sternum (major) (fit), while simultaneously executing a left rear crossover (toward 1:00H), in preparation for the next move.
Note
Deliver the strike with your right palm facing away from the opponent (toward 6:00H), with your right wrist bent outward, aligning the knuckles of your right hand to the opponent’s sternum (toward 12:00H) (angle of incidence).
These moves should be executed using confluence of forces between the strike and foot maneuver.
Result
The opponent’s upper body should be prevented from moving by you left hand grab (opposing forces), while their right hand attempts to cover the sternum area.
5a)
Continuing the path of travel from the previous move, allow your right hand and arm to pass “through” the opponent’s body, straightening at the elbow (positioned cock), palm facing forward (toward 6:00 H).
5b)
Immediately, reverse the path of travel of you right arm, delivering a right, thrusting, inverted, vertical punch to the opponent’s mastoid (major) (toward 12:00H) (toward 7:30V), palm facing to the right (toward 9:00V), while simultaneously, delivering a right leg sweep (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s left leg.
Note
The previous moves should be executed using opposing forces between the strike and foot maneuver.
Result
The opponent’s head should be forced forward (toward 12:00H) and downward (toward 7:30V), while the opponent’s left leg is thrust backward (toward 12:00H), destabilizing their base to the point the opponent begins fall to the ground, face down (toward 6:00V).
6)
Execute a right thrusting knee kick to the opponent’s chin or face area (major) (toward 6:00H) (toward 11:00V), while simultaneously delivering a right downward (toward 6:00V) heel-palm to the back of the opponent’s head (minor), palm down (toward 6:00V) (sandwiching).
Result
The opponent’s fall should be slightly delayed by the upward force of the knee and the opponent’s head should be prevented from being thrust upward by the downward force of your right hand.
7a)
Plant your right foot forward (toward 6:00H), simultaneously with a right downward heel-palm to the back of the opponent’s left elbow (minor) (toward 6:00V), palm down (toward 6:00V).
Note
The heel-palm strike is optional and can be left out.
The planting of your foot should complete a right front cross over (toward 6:00H), started from the previous moves (knee kick).
7b)
Let go of the opponent’s left wrist allowing it to fall to the ground (toward 6:00V), while continuing to cross out and cover toward 6:00H).
Result
The opponent should complete their fall to the ground, face down (toward 6:00V).
