You are in a natural stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V), while the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) executes a right step-through cross right hand push (toward 4:30H) to your right shoulder area, right leg forward (toward 4:30H).

Step forward with your left foot (toward 11:00H) into a left transitory neutral bow (toward 12:00H) (stable base) with the rise or your right hand (toward 12:00V) to pin, palm toward you (toward 7:30H), the opponent’s right hand to your right shoulder while raising of your left arm to a vertical position (toward 12:00H) in front of your left shoulder (positioned cock), palm sideways (toward 3:00H), in preparation for the next move. Immediately, rotate (clockwise H) into a left reverse bow (toward 12:00H) with a left hammering vertical, and slightly diagonal (toward 2:00V), inward forearm strike (toward 4:00H) to the opponent’s right elbow area (minor), while maintaining the pin to the opponent’s right hand (pinning check).

Initially, the opponent's push should be minimized by the rotation (clockwise H) of your upper body into the left neutral bow.

The opponent’s body should be forced to rotate (counter clockwise H) (toward 3:00H) with their right elbow hyper-extended (opposing forces), while the opponent’s left hand attempts to cover the right elbow area.

Lower your left open hand downward (clockwise V) (towards 6:00V), palm down (toward 6:00V) and fingers to your right (toward 3:00H), and forward (toward 12:00H), on top of the opponent’s left arm, pinning it to the opponent’s body (pinning/pressing check) with the release of the pin to the opponent’s right hand, as you simultaneously shift (counter clockwise H) your stance into a transitory neutral bow (toward 12:00H). Without any loss of motions, continue the rotation (counter clockwise H) of your stance into a right forward bow (toward 12:00H) with a right thrusting straight heel palm (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s right jaw area (minor), fingers facing diagonally upward and to your left (toward 10:30V).

If needed, the opponent’s body can be controlled from moving away from you, if you convert the left pinning/pressing check into a left grab to the opponent’s right arm.

Result:

The opponent’s head should be forced away from you (toward 12:00H), while the opponent’s left hand attempts to cover the face area.

Allow your right hand to pass by the right side of the opponent’s head, Immediately hooking the back of the opponent’s neck (clockwise V) (toward 12:00H) (toward 4:30V) with your right hand, utilizing “the shape of the crane”, palm down (toward 4:30V), while maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover). Immediately, pull the opponent’s upper body diagonally forward (toward 5:00H) and downward (toward 4:30V) with a right upward thrusting step through knee kick (toward 12:00H) (toward 10:30V) to the opponent’s lower abdomen area (major) (opposing forces). After making sufficient contact with the right thrusting knee kick, allow your right hand hook to release from back of the opponent’s neck, cocking to your right side, palm up (toward 12:00V), in preparation for the next move.

The overall movement of the opponent’s body should only be slightly backward (toward 12:00H) and can still be restrained by the optional grab to the opponent’s right arm.

The opponent’s upper body should bent forward (toward 6:00H), at the waist, while the lower body should be thrust back (toward 12:00H) and up (toward 10:30V), while the left hand attempts to cover the lower abdomen area.

Plant your right foot forward (toward 12:00H) into a right transitory forward bow (toward 12:00H) with a right straight hammering elbow strike (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s face area (major).

If you grabbed (left hand) the opponent’s right arm in one of the previous moves, release it simultaneously with the execution of the right elbow strike.

Result:
|
The opponent should be thrust back (toward 12:00H) and collapse to the ground (toward 6:00H), while both hands attempt to cover the face area.

5)
|
Shift (counter clockwise H) into a right neutral bow as you simultaneously retract your right arm (toward 7:30V) to a vertical blocking position (positioned cover) and retract your left hand (toward 6:00H) to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 12:00H).

|
Cross out and cover (toward 7:30H).
