Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H), while the opponent (at 6:00H) (facing 12:00H) executes a right hand hammerlock to your right arm (toward 12:00V) with a left direct wrist grab, palm facing you (toward 3:00V), to your left wrist, at your left side (toward 6:00V).
1)
Step back (toward 5:00H) with your left foot through the opponent’s right leg into a right transitory reverse bow (toward 6:00H) (stable base), forcing the opponent’s right leg back (toward 5:00H) with your left leg, while having your left arm maintain it’s original spatial position, in preparation for the next move (positioned cock). Simultaneously with the previous moves, execute a right counter grab to the opponent’s right inner wrist, palm away from you (toward 6:00H). Immediately, shift (counter clockwise H) back (toward 6:00H) into a left neutral bow with a left back elbow strike (toward 6:00H), palm toward you (toward 3:00V), to the opponent’s sternum (minor) – but the strike is blocked by the opponent’s left hand.
Result
The shift of the opponent’s right leg back (toward 5:00H) should cause the upper body to slightly bend forward (toward 12:00H) into your left back elbow (borrowed force). But, the force from your left back elbow should be stopped by the opponent’s left hand, negating any further responses.
2a)
Step forward (toward 12:00H) (gauge) into a right transitory 45degree reverse cat (facing 6:00H) (positioned cover) with the rotation (clockwise V) of your right grab (detaining check), palm up (toward 12:00H), while simultaneously retracting (toward 6:00H) your left hand to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm to your right (toward 9:00H).
Result
The opponent’s upper body should be forced to bend forward (toward 12:00H), slightly, at the waist by the pull of your right arm in conjunction with the shifting of your body weight.
2b)
Immediately, deliver a right thrusting back heel kick (toward 6:00H) to the opponent’s groin (or pelvic) area (major), while maintaining the right grab to the opponent’s right inner wrist (detaining check) and your other defenses (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent’s lower body should be thrust back (toward 6:00H) and rotate (clockwise H) forward (toward 12:00H), while the upper body is restrained from moving dramatically by the right grab (opposing forces). Thus causing the opponent to bend forward, heavily, at the waist, with the left hand beginning to attempt to cover the groin area.
3a)
Replant (toward 6:00V) your right foot forward (toward 6:00H) (gauge) back into the right transitory 45 degree cat (facing 6:00H), in preparation for the next move. Immediately, rotate (counter clockwise H) to your right into a right transitory right neutral bow (toward 6:00H) with the rotation (clockwise V) of the right grab, palm down (toward 6:00V), maintaining its same relative spatial position (small circle), while simultaneously allowing your left hand to shift with your body, maintaining it same relative body position.
Note
The right hand should start behind your body and end up in front of your body after the rotation, but should raise (toward 12:00V) and lower (toward 6:00V) at little as possible during the rotation, while the left hand stays in front of your body before and after the rotation, without any significant shifts in relation to your body.
Result
The opponent’s body should remain bent forward at the waist, but should be forced to rotate (counter clockwise H) (toward 3:00H) by the rotation of the right grab.
3b)
Borrowing from the force of the rotation (borrowed force), deliver a left snapping straight ball kick (toward 6:00H) to the opponent’s left inner knee (minor) with the pull (toward 11:00H) (toward 4:30V) of the opponent’s right arm (opposing forces) with your right grab, palm down (toward 6:00V).
Result
The opponent’s upper body should remain bent at the waist (toward 3:00H) with the pull and the kick canceling any significant shifts backward (toward 12:00H) or forward (toward 6:00H) of the opponent’s body. But, should instead begin to collapse (toward 6:00V) to the ground.
3c)
Re-plant (diversified angle of retraction) your right foot back (toward 11:00H) (gauge) and settle (toward 6:00V) into a transitory right rear twist (facing 7:30H) with the drop (toward 6:00V) of your left hand to the back of the opponent’s right elbow area (minor), creating an arm lock (toward 12:00), while continuing to pull (toward 11:00H) (toward 4:30V) to the opponent’s right arm.
Note
Raising (toward 12:00V) your right hand and lowering (toward 6:0V) your left hand in opposition to one another will vary the amount of pressure applied to the opponent’s right elbow joint.
Result
The opponent should collapse (toward 6:00V) to the ground (body on the 10:30H – 4:30H line), face down (toward 6:00V).
4)
Release the grab to the opponent’s right wrist (positioned cover) with the relief of the pressure of your left hand to the opponent’s right elbow (positioned cover) as you cross out and cover (toward 11:00H).
