Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 9:00H) (facing 3:00H) executing a right overhead club attack (toward 3:00H), with the right leg forward (toward 3:00H), to your head.
1)
Step, with your right foot, to your right (toward 2:00H) (slipping) into a right reverse neutral bow (facing 9:00H), with a left inward parry (toward 9:00 H) - to the outside (toward 12:00H) of the opponent's left arm, while simultaneously delivering a right rising (toward 12:00H), thrusting heel-palm to the underside (obsure zone) of the opponent's chin (major), palm up (toward 12:00V).
Note
The parry is primarily used to check the opponent's arm, rather than divert its path of travel.
Result
The opponent's head should be thrust upward (toward 12:00V) and backward (toward 12:00H), forcing the opponent to bend slightly backward (toward 12:00H), exposing their upper abdomen.
2)
Step your left foot to your right (toward 9:00H) into a left close kneel (facing 9:00H) with a right anchoring elbow (toward 1:00H) (toward 10:30V) to the opponent's strenum (major), while simultaneously maintaining your other defenses (positioned check).
Note
The elbow strike should be delivered using the hand as the pivot point, and penetrate on an upward (toward 10:30V) angle, not a downward (toward 7:30V) angle, if possible.
Result
The opponent should begin to bend forward (toward 6:00H), at the waist, while simultaneously beginning to position their left hand to cover their mid-section.
3)
Immediately, shift (clockwise H) into a horse stance (facing 9:00H) with a right hammering, underhanded heel-palm (toward 12:00H) to the opponent's groin area (major), palm facing you (toward 12:00H), while simultaneously maintaining your other defenses (positioned check).
Result
The opponent should bend further forward (toward 6:00H), at the waist.
4a)
Taking advantage of the opponent's bend forward, immediately step your right foot (pull-drag) backward (toward 12:00H) into a left forward bow (facing 6:00H) with the lift of the opponent's right leg backward (toward 12:00H) and upward (toward 12:00V) - to about your hip height, while simultaneously allowing your right hand to slide, palm up (toward 12:00V), down (toward 12:00H) the underside (toward 6:00V) of the opponent's right leg, ending at the knee area. Simutaneously with the above movements, allow your left hand to slide, palm down (toward 6:00V) down the topside (toward 12:00V) of your opponent's body (sliiding check), ending at the opponent's right hip area (positioned cover).
Note
The pull-drag foot maneuver should be used pull the opponent backward (toward 12:00H), further de-stabiliizing their base and adding to the force used to cause the opponent to bend forward.
Result
The final position should have the opponent fully bent horizontal (toward 6:00H) (toward 6:00V) with both their hands on the floor, and their right leg pressed (third hand) against your right hip, while your left hand checks at their right hip, in case they try to turn (counter clockwise V) to face towards you.
4b)
Step your right foot forward (toward 6:00H) into a right front twist (facing 6:00H) , allowing the opponnent's leg to stay stationary, such that, your right knee and leg moves forward (toward 12:00H) and ends up under the opponent's right knee. Simultaneously with the above motion, shift boths hands to the top of the opponent's right leg (toward 12:00V) on either side of the opponent's knee area - left hand toward the upper area (toward 6:00H), right hand toward the lower area (toward 12:00H), in preparation for the next maneuver. As you settle (toward 6:00V) into your twist stance, deliver double downward (toward 6:00V), thrusting heel-palms to the backside of the opponent's leg (major), palms down (toward 6:00V) and finger away from you (toward 6:00H).
Result
The opponent's right knee should break over your right knee, while the rest of their body remains relatively stationary.
5a)
Circle your left hand (counter clockwise V) to the inside of the opponent's right leg, to deliver a left inward (toward 6:00H), underhand, thrusting heel-palm, palm facing to your right (toward 6:00H) and finger downward (toward 6:00V), to the inside of the opponent's right thigh area (minor), while simultaneously relieving the pressure to the back of the opponent's right leg with your right hand.
Result
The opponent' right leg should be thrust to your right (toward 6:00H) off of your knee and drop downward (toward 6:00V) to the ground.
Note
The maneuver is used primarily to clear the path for the next maneuver.
5b)
Immediately, shift (counter clockwise H) into a right neutral bow (facing 6:00H) with a right, thrusting, underhand shape-of-the-crane (toward 6:00H) to the opponent's groin area (major), palm forward (toward 6:00H) and fingers downward (toward 6:00V), while simultaneously shifting your left hand upward (toward 12:00V) to a left vertical blocking position (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent's body should be slightly shifted forward (toward 6:00H), but otherwise remain relatively unchanged.
5c)
Without any loss of motion, circle your right hand (counter clockwise V) to deliver a right, inverted, underhand, thrusting shape-of-the-crane (toward 6:00H) to the opponent's groin area (major), palm forward (toward 6:00H) and fingers downward (toward 6:00V), while maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent's body should be slightly shifted forward (toward 6:00H), but otherwise remain relatively unchanged.
5d)
Immediately, circle (clockwise V) your right hand on top of (toward 12:00V) the opponent's lower back area, palm down (toward 6:00V) and finger to your left (toward 9:00H) with a right, thrusting, rising heel kick (toward 12:00V) (sandwiching) to the opponent's bladder area (major), while maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent's lower abdomen should be sandwiched between your right hand and foot, but otherwise remain relatively unmoved, due to the fact that your right pressing hand counter acts the upward force of your right striking foot.
5e)
Replant your right foot (toward 6:00V) back to its relative (gauge) original postion (toward 6:00H), in preparation for the next maneuver.
6a)
Step your left foot forward (toward 6:00H) into a left front twist (facing 6:00H) with a left, thrusting, underhand shape-of-the-crane (toward 6:00H) to the opponent's groin area (minor), palm forward (toward 6:00H) and fingers downward (toward 6:00V), while simultaneously shift (toward 12:00V) your right hand to a vertical blocking position (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent's body should be slightly shifted forward (toward 6:00H), but otherwise remain relatively unchanged.
6b)
Immediately, circle your left hand (clockwise V) to deliver a left, inverted, underhand, thrusting shape-of-the-crane (toward 6:00H) to the opponent's groin area (minor), palm forward (toward 6;00H) and fingers downward (toward 6:00V), while simultaneously rotating (clockwise H) into a left neutral bow (facing 6:00H), and maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent's body should be slightly shifted forward (toward 6:00H), but otherwise remain relatively unchanged.
6c)
Immediately, deliver a left, thrusting back kick to the underside (toward 12:00H) of the opponent's chin area (major), then immediately retract the foot (toward 12:00H) in a scoop kick fashion (toward 1:30V) (diversified angle of retraction) striking any available target(s) (minor) during its path of execution - while simultaneously shifting your left hand (toward 1:30V) to a left vertical blocking position (positioned cover), and maintaining your other defenses (positioned cover).
Result
The opponent's head and body should be thrust forward (toward 6:00H) and collapse to the ground (toward 6:00V), face down (toward 6:00V).
Note
The retraction of your left foot should use the forward momentum (toward 6:00H) of the opponent to enhance the effectiveness of any point(s) of contact (borrowed force) with the opponent's body.
7)
Using the retraction of your left foot, cross-out and cover (toward 12:00H).
