Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 1:30H) (facing 6:00H) applying a direct right hand grab to your right shoulder (toward 6:00H), with their right elbow slightly bent.
Note
The opponent’s grab should be firm and potentially (if possible) grabbing cloth in their grip.
1a)
Raise your left hand (toward 12:00V) to the opponent’s right outer elbow (positional cover), palm to your right (toward 9:00V), with a step forward (toward 12:00H) with your left foot, into a left transitory forward bow (facing 12:00H) (stabilize base), while (optionally) simultaneously delivering a thrusting, right, vertical, ridge-hand, palm facing you (toward 9:00V), to the opponent’s groin (minor).
Note
The depth of your left step forward should ideally be gauged such that your left foot is placed in-line (3:00H – 9:00H) with your opponent’s right foot - but not further than heel to heel.
Result
The opponent’s lower body should forced slightly backward (toward 12:00H) with the left hand beginning to cover the groin area, while the right hand still maintains the grab to your right shoulder - and their attention drawn to their groin area (away from their grab) by the strike.
1b)
Without any loss of motion, simultaneously circle (clockwise V) both your right arm and right leg forward and behind the opponent’s right shoulder and leg, immediately dropping (toward 6:00V) both, in sync: delivering a right, downward (toward 6:00V) elbow to the opponent’s right inner elbow (minor), palm forward (toward 12:00H); and delivering a right downward (toward 6:00V) leg buckle to the back of the opponent’s right knee - while maintaining your other defenses (positional cover).
Note
The end of the above moves should place you in a transitory horse (facing 12:00H) with both your feet in-line (3:00H – 9:00H) with the opponent’s right foot.
Result
The opponent’s grip should be broken, forcing their right arm slightly downward (toward 6:00V), bent at the elbow, while their stance is destabilized, forcing them to try to compensate their balance with their upper body.
1c)
Immediately, deliver a right, buckling, sweep (toward 6:00H) to the back of the opponent’s right leg, ending in a left transitory forward bow (facing 12:00H), with a right, thrusting, upward, diagonal heel-palm (toward 12:00H) (toward 10:30V) to the underside of the opponent’s chin (major), while maintaining your other defenses (positional cover).
Result
The opponent’s right leg should be forced forward (toward 6:00H), while their head and upper body are simultaneously forced up (toward 10:30V) and back (toward 12:00H), further destabilizing their base.
2a)
Using the extension of your right leg from the previous move, spring your right foot forward (right, front cross-over) (toward 12:00H) into a transitory right, front, twist (facing 12:00H), with a left, thrusting, outward heel-palm (toward 12:00H), palm to your left (toward 9:00V), to the right side of the opponent’s face (minor), while simultaneously sliding your right arm down (toward 4:30V) the opponent’s right arm (sliding check), ending at the opponent’s right wrist.
Note
The sliding of your right hand down the opponent’s right arm might require you to force the opponent’s right arm to straighten along the right side of their body.
2b)
Continuing the motion of your previous foot maneuver, step your left foot forward (toward 12:00H) into a left horse (facing 3:00H), while circling (counter clockwise V) your left hand, palm up (toward 12:00V), against the opponent’s right face area, with a grab to the opponent’s right wrist, palm down (toward 6:00V).
Result
The opponent’s body should be forced to rotate (counter clockwise V) to a belly down (toward 6:00V) position, with their head facing completely to their left (toward 9:00V), and their right arm being forced behind them (toward 12:00V), by your right grab to their right wrist.
2c)
Without any loss of motion, step backward (toward 12:00H) with your right foot into a transitory, left, neutral bow (facing 6:00H), with the pull of the opponent’s right arm toward you (toward 12:00H) and down (toward 4:30V), forcing the arm to bend at the elbow, while simultaneously continuing to guide the opponent’s head to the ground with your left hand.
Result
The opponent’s body should be force forward (toward 12:00H) and down (toward 4:30V) onto the ground, belly down (toward 6:00V) and head facing to their left (toward 9:00V).
Tip
The opponent should be forced toward you such that their head ends up between your legs.
Note
The amount of force applied can be regulated to force the opponent’s body forward, break the arm at the elbow and/or shoulder socket, or both.
2d)
Immediately, shift (clockwise H) and drop (toward 6:00V) your stance into a low, left, reverse, wide kneel (facing 12:00H); delivering a left downward (toward 6:00H) knee to the left side of the opponent’s face (major), while simultaneously retracting (toward 12:00V) both your hands to positional covers, palms down (toward 6:00V), as needed.
Result
The opponent’s face should be crushed (sandwiched) between your left knee and ground.
3)
Spring upward (toward 12:00V) with a hop switch (counter clockwise H), delivering a right, downward, stomping, side kick (toward 6:00V) to the back of the opponent’s lower neck area (major), while maintaining your other defenses.
Tip
The upward spring should be executed as a bounce; taking advantage of the recoil resulting after the downward momentum of the left knee is exhausted (borrowed force).
The side kick should be delivered at the end of the hop switch; taking advantage of the re-settle of your stance (borrowed force).
Result
The opponent’s neck should be crushed (sandwiched) between your right foot and ground.
4) Cross-out and cover toward 6:00H).
