Step your left foot forward and to your right (toward 1:30H) (counter clockwise H) (up the circle) into a right 45 degree cat (facing 10:30H) with a right, thrusting, straight, vertical punch (toward 10:30H) to the opponent's nose area (major) (borrowed force), while simultaneously delivering a left downward block (toward 9:00H) to the top of the opponent's right shin area.

Result
|
The opponent's forward momentum should be halted with the head and upper body thrust back (toward 10:30H) with your left blocking arm halting the momentum of the opponent's right leg.

2)
|
Execute a right, thrusting, ball kick (toward 10:30H) to the opponent’s groin (major), while simultaneously retracting your left arm (toward 3:00H) to a left chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V), and continuing to allow your right fist to maintain contact with the opponent’s face (pressing check).

Result
|
The opponent’s lower body should be thrust backward (toward 10:30H), while the upper body is prevented from bending forward by the position of your right hand. Thus, causing the opponent’s body to re-straighten back to a vertical position.

Plant (toward 6:00V) your right foot forward (toward 10:30H) (gauge) into a right neutral bow (facing 1:30H). As soon as your right foot makes contact with the ground (stabile base), immediately retract (toward 4:30H) (toward 4:30V) your right arm horizontally across your lower abdomen, palm down (toward 6:00V), while simultaneously shifting forward (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (toward 10:30H) with the execution of a left, thrusting, straight, punch (toward 10:30H) to the opponent’s sternum (minor).

The opponent’s body should remain vertical, but be thrust slightly backward (toward 10:30H).

Depending upon the height of the punch, the opponent may begin to bend slightly forward (toward 4:30H).

Immediately, shift (counter clockwise H) back into a right neutral bow (toward 10:30H) with a right, thrusting, outward, back-knuckle (toward 10:30H), palm facing you (toward 4:30H), to the opponent’s abdomen or solar plexus area (major), while simultaneously retracting your left open hand to your right solar plexus (toward 9:00V) (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 10:30H).

The opponent’s upper body should begin to bend forward (toward 4:30H).

|
Immediately, hook (counter clockwise V) the back of the opponent’s upper neck (toward 10:30V) with your left hand, utilizing “the shape of the crane”, palm down (toward 6:00V), guiding the opponent’s head downward (toward 6:00V) with the settle (toward 6:00V) into your right neutral bow (toward 10:30H), while simultaneously delivering a right hammering downward hammer-fist (toward 6:00V) (toward 10:30H) to the back of the opponent’s neck (major).
