Situation
While standing in a natural stance (facing 12:00H) with both arms at your side (towards 6:00V), the opponent (facing 6:00H) points a gun (toward 6:00H) to your head area (or upper chest area) with their right hand (palm facing 9:00V).
Note
The effectiveness of this technique is not altered if the opponent's palm is rotated downward (toward 6:00V).
1)
Execute a left outward parry (toward 9:00H), palm facing forward (toward 12:00H), to the inside of the opponent's right wrist, while simultaneously executing a thrusting, right ball kick (toward 12:00H) (toward 3:00V) to the opponent's groin (major) with a thrusting, right four finger poke (toward 12:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent's eyes (minor).
Note
This maneuver should be executed to emphasis the rotation of the body (counter-clockwise H) to enhance both the diverting effect of the parry and the distructive effects of the strikes, while simultaneously rising slightly upward (toward 12:00V) (floating) in preparation for the next maneuver.
The parry should make contact with the opponent's wrist at the base of the hand or on the butt of the gun, to prevent the opponent from bending their wrist around your hand, in an attempt to continue pointing the gun at you.
Result
The gun should be safely diverted to your left (toward 7:30H), while the opponent's lower body is thrust backward (toward 12:00H), forcing the opponent's upper body to bend foward (toward 6:00H), at the waist, but prevented from doing so by the finger thrust to the eyes.
Note
The opponent may try to pull their right arm backward (toward 12:00H) to cover their eyes or to withdraw the gun from your parry, but should be prevented from doing so by the next maneuver.
2a)
Immediately convert your left parry into a left grab to the opponent's right wrist area, palm facing to your left (toward 9:00H) with the plant of your right foot (toward 6:00V) into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00H), while simultaneously delivering a right downward (toward 5:00V) "shape of the crane" strike, palm down (toward 6:00V) to the opponent’s right inner elbow joint area (minor).
Note
The above maneuver should be timed such that the "shape of the crane" strike is enhanced by the settle of your body into the neutral bow, creating a whiplash effect to the opponent's neck and head.
Result
The opponent's head should be forced to begin to jerk forward (toward 12:00H) and down (toward 6:00V), while their right hand and gun are safely controlled to the left of your body (toward 9:00H) by your left grab.
2b)
Execute a right upward (towards 12:00V) flapping elbow strike (hand and shoulder as pivot points) to the bottom (toward 6:00V) of the opponent's chin (minor), while continuing to maintain your left grab to the opponent's left wrist.
Note
This maneuver should be timed to take full advantage of the whiplash effect created by the previous moves (borrowed force).
Result
The opponent's head and upper body should be forced upward (toward 12:00V) and backward (toward 12:00H) with the opponent beginning to attempt to cover their face area with their left hand, while their right hand and arm is prevented from moving by your left wrist grab.
3a)
Slide your right hand (maintaining the "shape of the crane" positioning), palm down (toward 6:00V), upward (toward 12:00V) to the back (toward 10:30H) and top (toward 12:00V) of opponent's right shoulder area, in preparation for the next move. Immediately, step back (toward 4:30H) with your right foot into a left forward bow (facing 10:30H) with the downward (toward 6:00V) pull of your right arm (anchored at the elbow), simultaneously with the upward (toward 12:00V) push of the opponent's right wrist with your left hand (opposing forces).
Result
The opponent should be forced to bend forward (toward 4:30H) (toward 6:00V) with their right arm extended and gun pointing safely upward (toward 12:00V), palm facing away from you (toward 10:30H), while they simultaneously extend their left hand downward (toward 6:00V) to the floor in an attempt to prevent their forward fall, face-first, into the ground (toward 6:00V).
3b)
Strip the gun (towards 12:00V) from the opponent's right hand with your right hand, palm facing away from you (toward 10:30H), while continuing to maintain your left grab to the opponent's right wrist. Immediately, reverse the direction of the strip to deliver a hammering, right, downward (toward 6:00V) gun strike (with the handle of the gun), palm facing away from you (toward 10:30H), to the back of the opponent's head (major).
Note
If the opponent dropped the gun in any of the previous moves, continue to execute the necessary maneuvers with any appropriate empty handed strikes.
Result
The opponent should begin to lose consciousness and begin to collapse downward (toward 6:00V), face down (toward 6:00V).
4)
Without loss of motion from your previous move, continue to create an entire circle (counter clockwise V) with your right hand to execute another hammering, downward (toward 6:00V), right gun strike (with the handle of the gun) to the opponent's right kidney area (major), palm facing away from you (toward 10:30H), simultaneously with a thrusting, right, upward (toward 12:00V), step-through knee kick to opponent’s chest or stomach area (major), while simultaneously maintaining the grab to the opponent's right wrist.
Note
The above maneuver should be timed such that the two strikes (the gun and knee) make contact with the opponent's body simultaneously - thus creating a sandwiching effect.
Result
The opponent should be prevented from collapsing to the ground by the upward momentum or your knee, but also prevented from being forced upward by the downward momentum of the gun - with the net result being very little, if any, movement by the opponent.
5a)
Plant your right foot downard (toward 6:00V) into a right neutral bow (facing 10:30H), while continuing to maintain the position of your right arm across the back of the opponent and simultaneously maintaining the grab to the opponent's right wrist.
5b)
Immediately, release the grab to the opponent's wrist, while simultaneously covering out (toward 6:00H) - ending in a neutral bow position (facing 12:00H) with the gun (in your right hand) pointing at the opponent in anticipation of any continued threat.
Note
During the entire cover out, the gun should continously point at the opponent. Also, one should take care not to allow any part your body to get between the gun and the opponent at any time.
Result
The opponent should continue to collapse (toward 6:00V) to the ground (on a 10:30H - 4:30H line), face down (toward 6:00V).
