Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 6:00H) (facing 12:00H) applying a rear bear hug, arms pinned (above the elbows), to your upper abdominal area.
1)
Raise your left hand (toward 1:30V) and pin (toward 6:00H) both the opponent's hands to your body with your left hand (pinning check), palm facing you (toward 6:00H), with a step to your left (toward 9:00H), with your left foot, into a transitory horse (facing 12:00H) (stable base) while simultaneously raising (toward 12:00H) (toward 9:00V) your right hand in preparation for the next move. Immediately, settle (toward 6:00V) (stabilize base) into a horse (facing 12:00H) with a right thrusting back (toward 6:00H) hammer-fist to the opponent’s groin area (major).
Note
The raising of your right hand should be done using your right elbow as the pivot point, because the upper part of your arm should be pinned to your side.
Result
The opponent’s lower body should be thrust back (toward 6:00H), bending at the waist, and the grab should be loosened considerably as both hands attempt to cover the groin area, but are prevented from doing so by the pin of your left hand.
2)
Draw your right foot to your left foot (toward 9:00H) into a left 90 degree transitory cat (facing 12:00H) with the raise of your right hand (toward 12:00H) (toward 9:00V), while simultaneously maintaining the pin with your left hand to both the opponent’s hands. Without any loss of motion, step your right foot (toward 4:30H) into a left forward bow (toward 12:00H) with a thrusting right back (toward 6:00H) heel-palm, grab to the opponent’s groin area (major).
Note
Your right foot should travel on the outside and to the back of the opponent’s left foot and leg.
Result
The opponent’s lower body should be forced further back (toward 6:00H), bending at the waist, with the grab completely loosened as both hands attempt to cover the groin area, but are still prevented from doing so with the pin of your left hand.
3)
Release the pin to the opponent’s hands, keeping your palm facing you (toward 6:00H), in preparation for the final move, as you shift (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (toward 5:00H) with a right raising upward (toward 12:00V) (toward 6:00H) elbow to the opponent’s chin (major), immediately followed by a left straight thrusting heel-palm (toward 5:00H) to the opponent’s sternum area (major).
Note
The right grab to the opponent’s groin can be released at various points of the raising of your right elbow strike, (or not at all) depending upon the situation, effect wanted, and environment (such as clothing worn by the opponent).
Result
The opponent’s upper body should be thrust upward (toward 12:00V) and back (toward 5:00H) and collapse to the ground (toward 6:00V) (body on the 5:00H – 11:00H line), face up (toward 12:00).
4)
Retract your right arm (toward 6:00V) into a right vertical blocking position (positioned cover) with the shift back (counter clockwise H) to a right neutral bow (toward 5:00H), simultaneously with the retraction (toward 11:00H) of your left hand to your right solar plexus, palm forward (toward 5:00H). Immediately, cross out and cover (toward 11:00H).
