Situation

You are standing in a natural stance (facing 12:00H) with both arms hanging at your side (towards 6:00V), while your opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) begins to apply a two handed, cross, double collar grab (potential choke) from the front (right hand facing 3:00H, left hand facing 9:00H).

1)
|
Step forward (towards 12:00H) with your right foot, into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00H) as you simultaneously raise your left hand upwards (towards 12:00V) and across (towards 3:00H) the top of your opponent's wrists, grabbing the opponent's right wrist, pinning (toward 4:30V) their hands against your body (pinning check), palm facing backward (toward 6:00H). Timed to sync with the settle (toward 6:00V) into the stance and pin, deliver a right, inside, vertical, forearm strike (toward 10:30H) to the outside (toward 3:00H) of opponent's left elbow (minor), palm facing to your left (toward 7:30H). Immediately, allow the forearm strike to ricochet into a thrusting, right, vertical, punch (towards 12:00H) to your opponent's face (major).

Result
|
The opponent's face should be thrust backward (towards 12:00H) while attempting to release their grip, but be prevented from doing so by your left pinning hand. The final result should be the straightening out their arms, with their face pointing upward (toward 11:30V).

2a)
|
Shift forward (toward 12:00H) into a right forward bow as your right arm replaces your left arm, grabbing the opponent's left wrist, continuing the pin (toward 4:30V) to their hands against your body (pinning check), palm facing backward (toward 6:00H), while simultaneously circling (counter clockwise V) your left arm to a left semi-chambered position at your left solar plexus, palm facing upward (toward 12:00V). Without any loss of motion, deliver a left, thrusting, upper-cut punch (toward 12:00H/ 1:30V) to opponent's solar plexus area (minor).

The timing of the above maneuvers should be executed such that the upper-cut punch takes full advantage of the forward rotation into the forward bow.
It is advisable that you should bow your head forward (toward 12:00H) to the point that you are looking at the opponent through the top of your field of vision. This is in anticipation of the opponent's head being thrust towards you (toward 6:00H) in reaction to the punch.

Result

Opponent's head and upper body should begin to bend forward (towards 6:00H), arching at the lower back, while simultaneously having their hips thrust back (towards 12:00H). Any attempt by the opponent to begin to cover their solar plexus are should be prevented by your continued pin to both of their hands.

Step your left foot to your right (toward 4:30H) (up the circle) with the circle (counter clockwise V) of your left hand to the outside (toward 3:00H) of the opponent's arms into an outside, downward pressing (toward 7:30V) check, palm up (toward 12:00V) (waiter's carry), to outside of opponent's left elbow; while simultaneously releasing the grip with your right hand, circling your right arm (clockwise V) to right chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V), completing the maneuver with a thrusting, right, chopping punch (toward 10:30H) to the opponent's left rib cage (major), palm up (toward 12:00V).

|
The outward motion (toward 9:00H) of your left arm along with the repositioning of your stance (toward 3:00H) should work in concert to break the opponent's grip, while simultaneously creating an opening for the punch. This motion is immediately followed by the sideways bending (toward 4:30H / 4:30V) of the opponent, at the waist, while they attempt to cover their left rib area with both arms, but are prevented from doing so by the positioning of your left arm.

While executing your left outward clear motion, make sure not to bring opponent's hands upward towards your face or to start a re-orbit.

3a)

Reverse the linear path (reverse motion) of your right punch (toward 7:30H) to a right chambered position (toward 10:30H), palm up (toward 12:00V), while maintaining the pressing check to the opponent's arms. Immediately, deliver a right, thrusting, vertical punch (toward 10:30H/ 10:30V) to opponent's left temple area (major).

The opponent's face should start to turn (clockwise H) to their right as they begin to collapse to their right (towards 10:30H/ 6:00V).

3b)
|
Retract (return motion) your right arm (toward 6:00H) (diversified angle of retraction) ending in a right fighting position (toward 10:30H) (positioned cover), while simultaneously retracting (toward 7:30H) your left open hand to your left solar plexus area (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 10:30H).

Result
|
Your opponent should continue collapsing to their right (toward 10:30H), face down (toward 6:00V).

|
Immediately cross out and cover (toward 7:30H).
