Situation
You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with your left arm at your side (toward 6:00H), while the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) applies a right handshake to your right hand.
1a)
Raise your left hand (toward 12:00V) grabbing the opponent's right wrist, palm forward (toward 12:00H) and fingers upward (toward 12:00V), while simultaneously stepping forward (toward 12:00H) into a left neutral bow (facing 12:00H).
1b)
While maintaining the grab to the opponent's right wrist, immediately, raise you left elbow (toward 12:00V), inner elbow downward (toward 6:00V), to the bottom side of the opponent's right elbow, until pressure is applied upward (toward 12:00V) to the opponent's right elbow (minor).
Note
The raise of your left elbow is done using your left hand as the pivot point, and should resemble the execution of a flapping elbow strike.
1c)
Simultaneous with the above motion, apply a forward (toward 12:00H) and upward (toward 10:30V) pressure to the opponent's right wrist (minor).
Note
The above movements should create both a right upward elbow lock (toward 12:00V) and a right upward wrist lock (toward 12:00V) to the opponent's right arm / wrist.
The opponent's hand should be kept vertical (on a 12:00V-6:00V line), so pressure is exerted against the opponent's right wrist joint.
Result
The opponent should be forced onto their "tippy toes" (control height zone) in an effort to relieve pressure against the right arm / wrist joints, thus eliminating any effective retaliation with their left hand (control width zone) and/or legs (control depth zone).
2a)
Reposition your right wrist grab to a the opponent' right hand by sliding your left thumb upward (toward 12:00V) onto the middle of the back of the opponent's hand, while simultaneously stepping backward with you left foot (toward 6:00H) into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00H).
2b)
Timed with the above motions, rotate the opponent's right hand counter-clockwise (toward 10:30V) with the application of pressure with your left thumb (toward 12:00H).
Note
The above motion should seamlessly convert the upward wrist lock into a outward/forward wrist lock against the opponent's right wrist with minimal time between locks.
2c)
Timed with the above motions, settle (toward 6:00V) into your right neutral bow (facing 12:00H) with the downward, diagonal (toward 7:30V) (toward 6:00H) jerk of the opponent's right hand to your left hip area, while simultaneously releasing the handshake to the opponent's right hand; delivering a right, thrusting, outward back-knuckle (toward 12:00H) to the opponent's right temple area (minor).
Note
The above series of moves should be timed and executed to create a single, fluid movement.
Result
The opponent's upper body should be force forward (toward 6:00H) and downward (toward 7:30V), bending at the waist, but stopped by the outward back-knuckle (opposing forces).
3)
Slide you left foot to your right (toward 4:30H) into a right neutral bow (facing 10:30H) with a right inward (toward 7:30H), diagonally, downward (toward 7:30V) elbow strike to the opponent's left temple area (major), while simultaneously applying more locking pressure (toward 9:00V) (toward 10:30H) to the opponent's right wrist.
Optional
Place the opponent's right hand against your left hip area and use the rotation of your body (counter-clockwise H) to apply pressure (and create more control) to the opponent's wrist (third hand).
Result
The opponent should collapse to the ground (toward 6:00V), face up (toward 12:00V).
4)
Release the grab and pressure to the opponent’s right hand, to cross out and cover (toward 4:30H).
