Situation

You are in a normal stance (facing 12:00H) with both of your arms at your side (toward 6:00V) with the opponent (at 12:00H) (facing 6:00H) attempting to apply a front two-hand choke to your neck and throat area.

1)
|
Step forward (toward 12:00H) with your right foot into a right forward bow (facing 12:00H) (stable base) with the raise (toward 12:00V) of both your hands, palms forward (toward 12:00H), between the opponent’s arms, with elbows anchored (toward 6:00V). Without any loss of motion rotate both arms and hands (left – counter clockwise V) (right – clockwise V) in outward arcs until both hands point downward (toward 6:00V), palms forward (toward 12:00H), while continuing to move forward (toward 12:00H) into a right forward bow (facing 12:00H). Continuing from the previous moves, deliver double, thrusting underhand heel-palms (toward 12:00H) to the opponent’s pelvic and groin area (major), while continuing to settle into a right forward bow (facing 12:00H) - allowing the opponent’s head to pass safely to the right of your head.

The outward arcs of your hands should be kept as small as possible (outer rim), but large enough to part the opponent’s arms such that they are allowed to pass safely past you as you step forward.

Result
|
The opponent’s forward momentum should be halted, while their lower body is thrust backward (toward 12:00H) and their upper chest presses against yours, with their head safely over your right shoulder.

|
Rotate both hands and arms (left – clockwise H) (right – counter clockwise H) around and to the back (toward 12:00H) of the opponent’s body (obscure zone) at kidney level, in fists with knuckles facing each other (left – toward 3:00V) (right – toward 9:L00V) and palms facing forward (toward 12:00H), in preparation for the next move.

Immediately, deliver double, inverted, vertical back-knuckles toward you (toward 6:00H) to the opponent’s kidneys (major) while simultaneously drawing your right foot backward (toward 6:00H) into a right, transitory, 45 degree cat (facing 12:00H).

Without any loss of motion, rotate both hands and arms (left – counter clockwise V) (right – clockwise V) in inward arcs until both hands point upward (toward 12:00V), palms facing you (toward 6:00V) (positional cover), at face height, while continuing to maintain your right 45 degree cat (facing 12:00H).

|
The opponent’s lower body should be thrust forward (toward 6:00H), placing the opponent back in a vertical standing position, with arms still extend out in front of them (toward 6:00H).

|
Step forward (toward 12:00H) with your right foot into a right forward bow (facing 12:00H) with double, outward, two-finger slices (left – toward 9:00H) (right – toward 3:00H), palms down (toward 6:00V), to the opponent’s eyes (minor).

|
The opponent’s head should be forced backward (toward 12:00H) with both hands beginning to attempt to cover their eyes.

|
Drop both hands (toward 6:00V) downward along the outside of the opponent’s arms (sliding check), palms facing inward (left – toward 3:00V) (right – toward 9:00V), forcing both arms to straighten at the opponent’s side.

Without any loss of motion, rotate both hands and arms (left – clockwise V) (right – counter clockwise V) in outward arcs delivering double, thrusting, inward inverted back-knuckles (left - toward 3:00H) (right – toward 9:00H), palms outward (left – toward 9:00V) (right – toward 3:00V), to the opponent’s temples (major).

The opponent’s head should be crushed (sandwiched) between your strikes, while their arms remain hanging at their sides.

Rotate your left hand (counter clockwise V), palm facing to your right (toward 3:00V), onto the opponent’s right side of face with the delivery of a right, anchoring, inside, vertical forearm to the left side of the opponent’s face (major), while simultaneously shifting your stance into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00 H).
Result: The opponent’s head should be crushed (sandwiched) between your left hand and right forearm, while their arms remain hanging at their sides.

Cup both hands (right on top of left), palms down (toward 6:00V) and fingers inward (left – toward 3:00H) (right – toward 9:00H) around the back of the opponent’s head. Immediately, pull the opponent’s head downward (toward 6:00V), while simultaneously delivering a right upward knee kick (toward 12:00V) to the opponent’s face area (major).

The opponent’s upper body should be forced to bend forward (toward 6:00H) and down (toward 6:00V) while their head is crushed (sandwiched) between your hands and your right knee, while their arms remain hanging at their sides.

Immediately, drop you right foot downward (toward 6:00V) delivering a front, right, downward, side stomp kick to the top of the opponent’s right foot, with the release of the grab to the opponent’s head, repositioning both hands to positional covers, palms forward (toward 12:00H), as needed.
