Ideal Execution

Written Illustration:

Situation:

You are standing naturally with opponent #1 grabbing your right lapel from the front and opponent #2 grabbing your left shoulder from the rear.

1)

Execute a right front snap ball kick to the groin of opponent #1, simultaneous with a left inward vertical forearm strike to the outside of his right elbow. While striking opponent #1, deliver a right back thrusting hammer-fist strike to the groin of opponent #2.

Result:

Both opponents should bend forward at the waist, their heads snapping back.

2)

Plant your right foot forward into a right neutral bow, using your right knee to buckle the inside of opponent #1's right knee if feasible. As you plant, deliver a right thrusting heel-palm strike to opponent #1's chin, simultaneously delivering a left underhand heel-palm strike to the chin of opponent #2.

3)

Execute a left front thrusting ball kick to the groin of opponent #1.

Result:

Opponent #1 should bend forward at the waist and be driven away.

4)

Plant your left foot back, as a gauging leg, delivering a right back thrusting heel kick to the stomach of opponent #2.

Result:

Opponent #2 should be stunned and driven away.

5)

From the contact point of your back kick, execute a right front crossover and cover out twice (toward left), finishing equal distance from both opponents.
