Fillet

 

An idiom describing a specific knife attack which is physically distinguishable by using the length of the blade to remove or peel back a large portion of muscle and/or skin by cutting relatively parallel to the bone(s) of the body after making the initial incision.

Filleting (adjective), Fillets (plural), Filleted (past tense)

 

Comments:

 

Although this definition specifies that the maneuver as being enacted with a knife, it is possible that a fillet could be created by other Environmental Weapons that have sharper edges.

 

Generally speaking, this is also the layman's usage of the term.
